Eleutherodactylus pictissimus is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is found in the Dominican Republic and Haiti. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, and subtropical or tropical moist montanes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
