Eleutherodactylus achatinus is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Panama. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, plantations , rural gardens, urban areas, and heavily degraded former forest.
