"Electronic Battle Weapon 5" is the fifth release of the Electronic Battle Weapon promos made by The Chemical Brothers. The series were made for DJs to test in clubs. "Electronic Battle Weapon 5" was renamed to "It Began in Afrika'" from The Chemical Brothers fourth album Come with Us as song number 2.
The song contains a sample from the song "Drumbeats" by Jim Ingram.
