When I lived in San Diego, there was a Pollo Loco near by and I was there frequently. I loved it. The chicken was tasty and the added salsa and tortillas, yum. But now I live in Seattle and would love to see Pollo Loco move to Seattle. There is a very large Latino community here that would love it, and people here are "hungry" for something different.
