I suggest the Template:Tagged template when someone "tags" an article as "Cleanup" but leaves no indication of what they mean to have cleaned up. For example {{substr:tagged|Elías Figueroa}} produces "You recently tagged Elías Figueroa as a candidate for "cleanup", but left no indication on the talk page as to what improvements you thought were needed. Yes, good idea. If you look at the article on David Pizzarro, I am wondering what is the criteria for tagging.. This article looks different because I tried to use the new template (similar one in the french wiki)Dingy 10:16, 1 November 2005 (UTC)
