Endometrial Intraepithelial Neoplasia (EIN) lesion stained for the PTEN tumor suppressor protein (brown). EIN glands which have clonally inactivated this gene are closely crowded (pale), and offset by normal glands and stroma (brown). Used with permission from www.endometrium.org.
