Description

The last moments of 22 Jews forced by the en:SS to dig their own graves (some of them with their bare hands) in en:Końskie, en:Poland, in September of 1939. The execution was a reprisal action for the deaths of 4 unspecified German soldiers killed "by the bandits".

The scene was captured by en:Leni Riefenstahl, who was shooting a documentary in the nearby HQ of general en:Walter von Reichenau.
