Stelios efstathopoulos was born on the Greek island of Kos.
Though he originally studied electronics, he has been a freelance photographer since 1981 and a full member of the Photographic Center of Athens since 1985.
His work has been seen in Greece and many European countries. He lives and works in Athens.
