While Edwin Edwards is at present still alive, he is at date in prison and not publicly accessible. This photograph is a low resolution version of the one commonly distributed while he was governor. Should there be any copyright on it, it is presumed fair use to illustrate the article on Edwin Edwards (shown in photo) until/unless a clearly free licenced replacement can be located.
