Edward L. Jennings, Jr. (born July, 1968) in Gainesville, Florida.
Jennings served as a Representative in the House of Representatives of the U.S. state of Florida from 2000 to 2005[1]. Also important to note that he served as President of Florida Blue Key in 1994.

He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Florida in 1993.[2]

- He was the First Vice Chair of Florida Caucus of Black State Legislators.
- Jennings was awarded membership to the prestigious Florida Blue Key.
- He graduated from Leadership Florida, and received the Presidential Minority Scholarship award in 1986 & 1987.[3]
