Edward Bertrand Davis (born 1933 in West Palm Beach, Florida).
Davis was a judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. It should also be noted he served in the US Army from 1953 - 1955. He was in private practice in Miami, Florida from 1961 until 1979, when he was first appointed a Judgeship. In 1979 he was appointed by President Jimmy Carter to serve as a United States District Judge.

Davis graduated from the University of Florida in 1960 with his Law Degree.
