Brigadier Edward Percival Allman-Smith (1886 – 1969) was a member of the silver medal-winning Ireland field hockey team at the 1908 Summer Olympics in London.
He went on to become Deputy Director Medical Services Palestine and Trans-Jordan (1941-42).
