Hriday Anand Patgiri. Indian born in 1985 he is the Founder and President of Hapsoftware. A voluntary, non-profitable organization for development of IT. His contribution to IT is great. No one can match his contribution according to my view point. He lonely have developed 100+ websites for third world and under developed countries and truly he is a hero of IT.
