Founded in 1990, Educational Services Overseas Limited (ESOL), is a company which owns and runs American and British international schools in the Mediterranean, Near East and South Asia regions.

The ESOL family currently has 10 member schools in the Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East regions:

- Asir Academy (Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia)
- Cairo English School (Cairo, Egypt) British Curriculum
- Deira International School (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) British Curriculum
- International Programs School (Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia)
- Universal American School in Dubai (Dubai, United Arab Emirates)
- Universal College of Aley in Lebanon (Aley, Lebanon)
