Eduardo Serra is an Academy Award-nominated cinematographer from Lisbon, Portugal. He is a graduate of the Vaugirard film school in Paris.
He received Academy Award nominations for Best Cinematography for his work on The Wings of the Dove (1997) and Girl with a Pearl Earring (2003). He has also received BAFTA nominations for his work in these films. In 2004 he received the Ordem do Infante D. Henrique, a civilian award presented for services to Portuguese culture, from the president Jorge Sampaio.
