Eduardo Aquiles Fischer (born March 25, 1980 in Joinville, Santa Catarina) is a breaststroke swimmer from Brazil, who competed for his native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 2000 (Sydney). He won the silver medal in the 50m Breaststroke at the 2002 FINA Short Course World Championships, behind Ukraine's Oleg Lisogor.
