LUIGI GASPARI

Born in San Felice sul Panaro (Mo - Italy) April 9th 1926. Degree in Pharmacy, mystic writer with a high number of masterpieces, translated in a variety of languages. Since 1968 till 1995, year of his death, his life was devoted to promote the message of Love of God, all over the world. Padre Pio’s spiritual son, he wrote the Book of Love under the dictation of the Holy Spirit. He said:« I heard a voice inside me…at the very beginning I was afraid, but this Voice reassured me and gently demand me to write down the “Words”… then I begun to write under a sort of interior dictation…». Padre Pio comforted him, saying that this was the God Will and to entitle writing “Testament-Promise of Grace”. He also suggested him to send a copy to Pope Paul VI, saying:«The Pope will understand everything». Over 156 conferences attended by Luigi Gaspari in Europe (Austria, Russia, France, Belgium) and in Italy, may have particularly influenced part of the Catholic Church. He struggled against the errors diffused by the 2nd Vatican Concilium, criticizing mainly the dialogue and the raising of relations between the Church and Marxists. He recommended reconciliation with Orthodox and Protestant Churches, as the only real ecumenical and valid dialogue under the Love of God. He loved particularly United States, saying that the American People are ready to understand Love of God, without the European malice, coming from the French Revolution and still part of the “politically correct” general idea. He loved Russia and his history, mainly the greatness of the Czars and their commitment to modernize the country. During a private speech he said:« I was in Russia, during the soviet period of the cold war, I still remember the soldiers… but in their eyes I found a great and hidden Love of God…». The toleration of the Catholic Church disappeared in 1990, when he was perceived as potential strong adversary, even if his aim was only to encourage the Roman Church to no deal with materialism and to remain under the Holy Spirit confidence. The Roman Church and his opponents started to consider him as a founder of a marginal catholic group. Moreover he was strongly recommended of being re-aligned to the official political position of the Roman Church. He was then included in an appropriate list of the traditionalist movements and sects. During the last period of his life, in fact, he was suggested to no longer attend to public conferences and to stay aside.

Basically Luigi Gaspari’s thought highlights the preeminence of John the Apostle vs. Peter. He used to say «Without John, who represents Jesus Christ, Peter is unable give love to the people. Peter and John should work together to give the Law (Peter) and the Love (John) in order to make law perfect in the love...». At the end of his life, many people pressed him to react to the Church obligation, but he said:«Love waits and does not fight… in the future the Church will recognize the importance of he Book of Love… I will forgive all my enemies and I will pray for them…»
