Edmar Victoriano (born 10 November 1975) is an Angolan professional basketball player with Atlético Petróleos Luanda and a member of the national basketball team. He played with Angola at the 1996, 2000 and 2004 Sumer Olympics a.s well as the 2002 World Championships
