rkowalke (talk ยท contribs) I'm having problems with one editor and want to see where I can improve. I seem to be fine with other editors so far, but haven't branched out too much yet being new and trying to complete this particular Wikipage article. Rkowalke 23:30, 30 September 2007 (UTC)
Reviews
- Rkowalke, you have made some useful contributions, but your point of view is manifest in 99% of your work and you have not grasped many of the basic WP guidelines. Specifically, you need to learn about formatting (in particular, please quit inserting <br /> tags throughout your article edits and comments! -- if you leave exactly one blank line, exactly one blank line will be created on the formatted page; save the <br /> tag for rare situations where there would otherwise be no linebreak), you need to take to heart the WP policies on getting along with others (for example, WP:AGF, WP:NPA, and WP:CIVILITY), you should read up on the niceties of WP:STYLE (especially on overuse of internal links) and you definitely need to stop flogging your own point of view. Your edit record so far is consistent with a single-purpose account dedicated to the glorification of Warren National University. I suggest that you become better acquainted with Wikipedia policy and guidelines by spending some time working on articles about subjects you are not passionate about. I, for example, learned a lot by trying to research and edit Grace Moore -- I knew very little about her when I started and I had no need to support a particular point of view (although I started working on that article because of a Wikipedia entry that said she was from Chattanooga, TN, and I was pretty sure that was wrong). --Orlady 02:09, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

Questions
- Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- Too new right now - been on a month now.
- Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- Yes. Initially I could tell by the article and the defense of the article that it was really lopsided and that the two accounts (possibly one person) were to me cyber bullying - throwing generic policy around and what not. I'm trying to take a different approach, but I'm just running into a roadblock. I have a WP:MEDCAB in for one of the problems, but really the whole article needs a rework to meet WP:UNI and other Wiki policies. A rework would divide and conquer the article, but getting past this one account is annoying - just about everything is a roadblock requiring huge levels of discussion and we get nowhere fast or at all. I just keep plugging away. The article indicates the effort.
