The Bread (talk · contribs) Okay, it's been aroun 1500 edits, a slow steady accumilation and I am doing the things I was told I should look into with my previous editor review. My RFA was a total balls-up, just take a look at it, note the majority of neutral votes and the reason for the neutral votes. I endevor to have my second RFA after 6000 or so edits. So any thoughts on what I can do as an editor to improve myself would be appreciated †he Bread 01:14, 13 December 2006 (UTC) (previous ER Wikipedia:Editor review/The Bread)

Reviews

  • You have good resolve, and a good article is a very excellent accomplishment. However, please curtail your use of language ([1]), so that you will not give others a bad impression. Wikipedia isn't censored, but seriously, how good would it look on an RFA? I also suggest that you participate with more discussion, as it is very important to Wikipedia's functions. Other than that, I see nothing else. Keep up the good work! bibliomaniac15 05:31, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
    • Cool thanks, I'll work on my language, it's not the best †he Bread 07:24, 14 December 2006 (UTC)

Comments

  • I really don't like numerical targets for adminship. Is there a scientific study that says 3000 edits will make you a good Wikipedian, or that 6000 will make you an eminent one? A good number is definitely needed to prove that you can co-exist with fellow editors, but hard numbers reflect in no way the significance of those edits. Xiner 18:09, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
    • It's just the way I operate, I personally need goals I can see, not a hyperthetical situations †he Bread 01:09, 14 December 2006 (UTC)

Questions

  1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
Still, its probably Rocky getting to GA and my work for WP:BLA. But more recently I've been working on getting List of Metal Gear Solid characters to WP:FL standard, and it's almost there
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
Apart from the ones mentioned last time there was one occasion where I really lost my rag at Template talk: Metal Gear series, this was the first and will be the last occasion where this happens I can assure you all
