- A true case of obviously-should-be-an-administrator, for me. Your assistance in the area of arbitration, especially WP:AE, is something which is rare in supply and quality. Through your work on Wikipedia generally and as a clerk for the Arbitration Committee, you have shown that there is no issue with judgement, ability to remain calm and express yourself effectively, and it's evident that you're a Clueful individual. Although I don't agree with it, it seems that extended amounts of experience at AfD are needed to pass, and I'd suggest that you maybe consider applying your evaluative skills to that area. In numerical value your Wikipedia-space contributions are fine, but some people may consider them to be lacking in diversity if/when you are nominated for the administrator tools. Finally, although it may be difficult to manage due to your extensive arbitration duties, a little bit more experience in article-space may be of value if you are planning for an RfA. However, most certainly a good candidate who has the trust of the community; the only problem being that RfA is so fractured and misguided thesedays in some cases that pedantic evaluation tends to rule, so this main determiner is often lost. - Believe or not this user has frequently registered on my radar in a good way. User shows an exceptional ability to keep cool and make rational decisions even when under very heavy fire. I would like to see him/her/it(?) get more involved with copyright related issues - perhaps with the newly formed Wikipedia:WikiProject Media Inspection Team. -- Cat chi? 16:40, 7 September 2007 (UTC)

Questions
- Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- Most of my edits are actually conversing with other editors regarding issues that need to be worked out. As an Arbitration Clerk, I also spend a lot of time assisting the Arbitration Committee with tasks regarding arbitration cases.
- Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- I have not been in direct conflict since my last review.
- Do you consider yourself admin-worthy. In other words do you think you will be able to show the self restraint even on sensative issues you mentioned on the previous ER such as ROC/Taiwan?
- Believe it or not, I've actually stayed away from that area of editing. I have my own beliefs, but that doesn't mean I would edit the field in question. (In fact, I stay away from those articles in general.) - Penwhale | Blast him / Follow his steps 16:32, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
- Has your time as an ArbCom clerk helped you grow as a wikipedian? If so how? Were there any important lessons you learned? Would you recommend the task to wikipedians who wish to grow?
- First, being an ArbCom clerk means that people sometimes have heated arguments on your talk page depending on the case in question. It certainly helps me, as an editor, to remain neutral and not get swayed by the parties in question. Also, it helps to see that "oh, this argument started from this, maybe I should try to avoid getting in a situation like that". It certainly has its advantages, although some cases are large/complex and you have periods where you try to stop arguments spilling over to case pages. It also helps to familiarize certain administrator decisions based on policy enforced, so if/when I ever apply to RfA, I would have a decent knowledge. - Penwhale | Blast him / Follow his steps 16:32, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
- What other tasks have you helped out during the course of your wikilife aside from being an ArbCom clerk. What tasks would you like to contribute in the future. If you were granted admin tools which task would you focus on?
- For a while I was RC patrolling (and then I stopped doing that because I can't get monobook to work and VP stopped working for me). I like to remain in the background assisting others to do their job, but I've also done stub sorting and category sorting to a certain degree, and I hope to keep doing that when I have time. If I were granted admin tools, I would spend more time on WP:AN and such without neglecting my current tasks. - Penwhale | Blast him / Follow his steps 16:32, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
