Paradoxsociety (talk · contribs) I have been editing Wikipedia on and off for quite some time now, and I would like to become more active as an editor. My main activities on Wikipedia include spelling and grammar corrections, and general copyediting. I am a member of the League of Copyeditors, as well as the RC Patrol.   • Hi! I have taken a look through your edits... I like that you use a descriptive edit summary for all of your edits. I see that you are quite familiar with WP:MOS and try to make articles conform to that style. The vast majority of your edits are fixing typos, links and adding appropriate tags or templates such as {{fact}}. Great job! And thanks for your contributions. You mention above that you are a member of RC Patrol but I don't see any vandalism reverts in your contribs. I assume, then, that you are patrolling more for typos and the like; many editors, however, will assume you are patrolling for vandalism if you mention RC Patrol... just thought I would mention that. (Also, before you begin to use VandalProof, I would start reverting vandalism manually, including posting user warnings, so that the process is clear to you.) With respect to becoming an administrator, I would suggest picking out a few very active users who are also administrators and going through their contribs just to see exactly what they do.   1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
    I can not say that I value any of my contributions more than others, as many of my edits come from simple corrections or other minor enhancements.
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
    I have not really been in any conflicts yet, although I must say, it does bring me stress to see anonymous users vandalizing the site on a regular basis. I will do my best to deal with any future conflict by staying calm and being rational.
