Meeples (talk · contribs) I'm a fairly new user, and I'd like to just see how I stand. I'm interested in seeing how good my contributions have been so far, as well as finding out what else I should be doing here as I hope to become a more consistent contributor. Reviews
Hello Meeples! OK, let's see. 1488 mainspace edits and 1349 talkpage edits in just over eight months. In my opinion, if these numbers can grow at a faster rate (700 MS edits per month) , and you continue to resolve disputes in the manner you point out below, I would have no reservations about supporting you in an RfA in about 2-3 months. Edit summary usage also looks good. The only problem I see, and I had the same problem, is that your edits are mostly VP reverts. If you started contributing more to articles, in addition to vandalism reverts, an RfA would pass with an easy consensus. Everything else looks good. --Bezking Talk • Contribs 13:43, 1 January 2007 (UTC)

Questions
- Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- I spend the majority of my time here fighting vandalism, usually with VandalProof but sometimes manually, so that is what I am most proud of. I also would like to think I stop to take the time to correct minor errors -- spelling, wrong links, etc., when I see them, though I know I don't do that much of those kinds of edits. I am starting to branch out a bit and work on my own articles or improving existing ones, particularly those included in the project I am a member of, Project Anglicanism.
- Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- As someone who reverts a fair amount of vandalism, I have encountered a few users who decide to turn their attention on me. Actually, this is one of the things on which I hope to be reviewed: whether I have handled these situations properly. I try to respond to just about any comment on my talk page, no matter how ridiculous, though I tend to use more of a "humorous" approach to the comments that lean towards the vandalism side of things. I have been in a few situations where users have caused stress, because I try to be courteous to everyone and at some point, I find myself thinking I have spent far too much of my time dealing with one person. I'd like to strive to be more helpful, more accurate, and hopefully find a way to avoid a situation that escalates (such as one that occurred two days ago, [1] and continuing to [2]; also, the user's talk page: [3]).
