Reviews
- Well I think your edits have been very well written and useful and your joining of a WikiProject was a good idea. However, I think it may be a good idea to work on some of the tasks of your new WikiProject instead of mostly Lebanon edits. I suggest you start a Lebanon WikiProject, which can only help with the Lebanon article. Anyway, there are two things I think you need to improve on. They are 1:Increase your number of daily edits. The 10 or so you're doing a day are really just fine but I suggest you start doing at least 20 or 30 a day to gain more respect with other Wikipedians (Some people however are just addicted. Husond does about 150 a day, but don't worry that's just crazy.). This brings me to my next point: You need to be involved in more administrative tasks like countervandalism and AfD debates. This will give you those extra 20 or so edits you need a day. Your current edit count is good but just keep working on it for another few months and you'll be a great candidate for becoming an admin (I recommend you get up to about 2-3000 edits. However Jimbo Wales only has 2500 or so, so that's not important). I might even nominate you. Anyway, along with all that, you need to learn the policies. Ideally, most people will say read them inside-out and upside-down. You don't need to do that, just have a good idea of what you should and shouldn't do.
Now it all may seem a bit daunting, but it's easier than you may think. If you believe you can do it, you will and I'm sure you will. You're on the right track, but by doing those extra things that I've set out you will be a prime candidate. I'm not an admin myself and really, I'm just repeating what was said to me in my editor review but I do know a fair bit about Wikipedia and I'm sure we share the same goals.

Questions
- Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?=
- My work on Wikipedia has mainly been concentrated on the article Lebanon. I do feel proud of it and hope I can take it one day to FA status. I feel particularily pleased with my work on it because when I first discovered Wikipedia, I came across the article on Lebanon, which was a live arena of pointless political debate and POV editing. At first, I was so disgusted I decided to start my editing "career" with Spermatogenesis which needed a cleanup (I was studying the subject at the time). Later, I made the decision to take the initiative of giving Lebanon its fixer-upper, which I've made my main occupation ever since.
- Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- In editing Lebanon, I have faced a lot of (mainly political) debate. At first, I was a little inexperienced and easily drowned in the quarreling, but I have improved a lot, and I've learned to take things more calmly and try to reach win-win situtations. I even went a little out of my way to try to reconcile a beginning editor (User:Lcnj) who got upset when I reverted his edits. I apologized even when I felt I did the right thing. He wasn't very open to me at first, but eventually we reached a "polite agreement". In the future, I hope I can take my patience to the next step and be more tolerant with everybody, or just learn to avoid conflict all together.
