[edit] Jhfireboy
Jhfireboy (talk ยท contribs) I would like to know how I am doing as an editor, and what I need to improve on to become a sysop. I have come to be subject to an editor review because Wikipedia:Admin coaching is not helping and I believe constructive criticism from my peers would help greatly. If you wish to become an administrator I would recommend you get another 500+ edits. It would also be good to participate at least a couple times a week in WP:XFD, WP:RFA, and WP:GA as well as helping report vandals to the WP:AIV. -Icewedge 03:32, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
I would say about 3000 more edits, and half of them doing admin related tasks, the other half of them Mainspace. You may also want to try getting an admin coach, that you have asked personally to help. You edits do seem well spaced out, but you might like to get something like WP:VPRF, or in 30 mainspace edits, WP:AWB, or WP:NPW, as it can help with the edditing and reversions of vandalism, and other things like that. Overall I think that you are doing quite well, but you might like to have a WikiProject backing you. <DREAMAFTER><TALK> 21:01, 26 November 2007 (UTC)

Questions
- Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- I am most proud of Portal:British Army as I have created most of it on my own. I have appointed all the featured articles, pictures, regiments, etc. and I have created a page similiar to the British Army colours.
- Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- I have never had an edit war and I have never been subject to a sanction due to the 3 revert rule. I am a vandal fighter and RC patroller using a variety of useful tools, such as Lupin's navigation popups, Lupin's Anti-vandal tool and Twinkle.
