Asserting that Belford University is "unaccredited" is wrong. Being an international university, Belford University can't be accredited by specific or regional accreditation agencies. It is accredited, though not by accreditation bodies recognized by United States Department of Education or Council on Higher Education Accreditation.

Look at any other controversial topic on Wikipedia: there are sections discussing the controversies surrounding the topic, along with counter-arguments and counter-counter-arguments. Intelligent Design is but one example. Additionally, a lawsuit and settlement of that lawsuit are actual events, and reporting on them is reporting factual information.
