Edgar Allan Poe Classical is a school on the south side of Chicago. It teaches students at a level above their grade. It is a Chicago Public School. It has a music program and a choir. The choir is the only public school choir in the city of Chicago that has gotten a superior ranking every year. Their principal is Rae Smith and the Assistant Principal is Olevia Perry.
