Eddy Ottoz (born 3 June 1944 in Mandelieu-la-Napoule) was an Italian athlete who competed mainly in the 110 metre hurdles.
He competed for Italy in the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan, and in the 1968 Summer Olympics held in Mexico City, Mexico where he won the bronze medal in the 110 metre hurdles event.
