Edalorhina perezi is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is found in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and possibly Bolivia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and freshwater marshes.
