[edit] Rewrite

I've undertaken a major rewrite of this page to bring it in line with WP:HOCKEY. I've kept a copy of the old page on my user page. If there are any reasonable objections to my rewrite the old version can be put back. Cheers JD554 14:57, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
