Edward Jasper (born January 18, 1973 in Tyler, Texas) is a former American football defensive tackle in the NFL. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Atlanta Falcons, and Oakland Raiders. He attended Texas A&M for college. Although not officially retired he has not played since 2005.
