Ed Bus

Ed Bus is a fictional alderman (a neighborhood representative) in the city of Chicago, Illinois, United States. In the current political environment, Bus represents the constituents of the non-existent 53rd Ward. The Ward has been drastically redrawn over the years, limiting the square footage of the actual environment.

Ed Bus was made famous by the comedy troupe Schadenfreude, which produced a weekly half-hour comedy show for two years at Chicago Public Radio, which maintains its archives at http://www.chicagopublicradio.org/audio_library/sf_library.asp. The group's web site is still being maintained at http://www.schadenfreude.net.
