I'm not sure this reference actually supports the statement that there is no foreign aid to the People's Republic at present. Certainly it is minimal, and rapidly decreasing, but perhaps "none" overstates the situation. But I'm not sure what short phrase would be appropriate. Fred Bauder 07:32, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
