[edit] Size of budget

As far as I could make out, the annual budget is 700million euros or thereabout, whereas the aid budget for member states alltogether is around x80 this amount. This is not immediately clear from the way the article is written. Indeed, it rather implies the eu organisation gives quite a lot, whereas its contribution is quite modest. This needs some rewriting to make the situation clearer. I'm not going to do so instantly, because it might be useful for anyone familiar with the subject to comment? I agree with the previous comment. This article confuses international aid in general with the sub-heading of humanitarian aid, which is a small part of the overall total.
