eCare is a web-based remote support application developed by Motorola and designed to be used by help desks, consultants, and customer service organizations to assist and support their clients across the Internet. It can integrate into existing CRM systems, as well as operate on its own. eCare's main functionality includes chat, file transfer, remote control, remote diagnostics, and scripting.
