EBSuite is an on-demand Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution vendor. The company was established in 2001. EBSuite originally built proprietary enterprise web based CRM systems for companies such as Hewlett-Packard. EBSuite shifted towards a service business. And in October 2001, released EBSuite's modular CRM solution.

Former Oracle Corporation and Apple Computer engineers founded EBSuite in 2001. EBSuite's engineers also have built: The Human Genome Database and Oracle Applications.

Headquarter is located in the Silicon Valley area of San Francisco, California. EBSuite has offices in Fremont, California and Beijing, China. EBSuite has grown and is as of September 2007 a global provider of customizable, on-demand Customer Relationship Management solutions.

EBSuite's CRM is one complete application to manage the entire business from initial lead to paid invoice. The CRM solution enables marketing managers to build a pipeline with ROI measures and sales managers to "coach or guide" each sales team member to be successful. It supports customer support functions as well as tracking of invoices and cooperation of post-sales project teams.
A sales force management system is part of the CRM system. It can be used in marketing, management, sales forecasting.
