Ebbot Lundberg

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Torbjörn "Ebbot" Lundberg is the lead singer of the Swedish rock band The Soundtrack of Our Lives. He co-founded the band with Björn Olsson and Ian Person in 1995.

He was earlier in the band Union Carbide Productions.

His nickname "Ebbot" comes from the normal Swedish nickname for Torbjörn - "Tobbe" - spelled backwards. Ebbot claims on Swedish television that the name was made up during a party, where everybody suddenly decided to talk backwards. They all thought "Ebbot" sounded kind of good, so they decided to stick to it. Afterwards, many Swedish parents have contacted Ebbot Lundberg and asked for permission to use his name for their children.
