According to the Promoters - PREMIER AIRWAYS LIMITED will be launching a scheduled low cost carrier (LCC) under the brand name of EASYAIR being promoted by a group of US NRI's and Indian business associates. The company was formed in August 2005 and has filed for relevant clearances with the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. Reliable sources from the ministry indicated that the Aircraft Acquisition Committee (AAC) has recommended to the Minister of Civil Aviation for issuance of NOC however their clearances are still kept pending for unknown reasonsAvnguru (talk) 11:15, 24 April 2008 (UTC). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Avnguru (talkcontribs) 11:12, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
