Talk:Eastgate CDP, Washington

[edit] Education
I tweaked the education section a little bit because it seemed to imply the schools were within the area of Eastgate CDP, when most are not. Now it says students may attend these schools, which includes all of them. --DerRichter (talk) 05:26, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
- There is no implication. Although there are no schools within Eastgate CDP, Eastgate students go to schools in Bellevue and Issaquah school districts. The school districts do not belong to the city (or a county). The district boundaries are set by the state and cross city and county boundaries. Thus, it's not a *may attend* issue, it's their neighborhood school. I reverted your edits and added references. Kgrr (talk) 05:45, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
- Okay dude but the current article is different from the one I changed: [1], so you really just improved my edits. Before it said, Eastgate CDP has schools in, implying the schools were in Eastgate or ownership of schools by Eastgate. Looks better now though, stating is served by two school districts. Thanks for your edits, and just so you know, you don't need to be defensive here its just an encyclopedia. --DerRichter (talk) 21:28, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
