It is not reasonable to put Yoga, Vedanta and Buddhism in mysticism section. Isn't there mysticism in Christianity and Islam? Some aspects of many things are mystic, which can not put scientific faculty such as Yoga, a system for improvement of mental and physical health in mysticism section. If novice interprets physics in mystical way, physics does not become mystical. Similarly, ignorant interpretations of a bunch of Americans do not make Yoga and Vedanta mystical.
