[edit] Was it ever Lambeth?
In "Paul Merton's Silent Clowns" Chaplin is described as being a Lambeth lad, but if he was born in East Street, surely that makes him a Southwark lad? From what I read of his entry on here, he has lived in many Lambeth addresses, but surely if East Street has always been Southwark, that makes Chaplin "officially" a Southwark Lad :-) 87.194.44.145 (talk) 10:16, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
