Although Keith Maurer is a very well known figure in the East Pete community, he can hardly be hailed as one of the most famous citizens when there are celebrities like future mayor Chris Bunting whose public status dwarfs that of Maurer's. To call the teaming up of the Zellers boys and Maurer a prostitution ring is also a bit of an overstatement since all they do is stand in front of Gargano's and get slapped by passing girls who are not impressed by their collared shirts and sleazy pick up lines.
