Eastern Conference Championship (PIHA)

The Eastern Conference Championship Trophy is a Professional Inline Hockey Association trophy awarded to the Eastern Conference playoff champions. The Boston Roller Rats are the current holders of the trophy after winning the 2007 Eastern Conference playoffs.
