East Saddle River Road (Bergen County Road 75, Rockland County Route 73) is a north-south road from Ridgewood, New Jersey to Monsey, New York.

In Bergen County, New Jersey, East Saddle River Road is Bergen County Road 75. The designation begins at a complicated interchange with Route 17 in Ridgewood shared with County Road 82 (Glen Avenue). South of Route 17, the road becomes Paramus Road, which becomes County Road 62 a few hundred feet later.
In Ho-Ho-Kus, the road has a brief concurrency with County Route 502. Just north of Hollywood Avenue, where CR 502 turns westward, there is an intersection with Jacquelin Ave (County Road 73). The road then enters Saddle River, where there is a break at Allendale Avenue (County Road 90). Through traffic turns left and follows Allendale Ave for 1/4 mile before turning right to continue onward.
The last major intersection in New Jersey is with Lake Street (officially County Road 96, but signed as County Road 2). The road enters New York State and maintains its name (unlike its cousin West Saddle River Road).

Most of East Saddle River Road in New York is Rockland County Route 73. See that article for more detail on the 2.3 miles so designated.
CR 73 ends at NY 59 and NY 306. However, just west of this intersection, East Saddle River Road continues northward for another 0.6 miles as a minor road, until it ends at Maple Avenue in Monsey.
