East Jefferson General Hospital is a hospital in Metairie, Louisiana. The hospital broke ground in 1975 and is still expanding. The facility serves the people of East Jefferson Parish.

In 2005, East Jefferson General Hospital bought out Doctor’s Hospital of Jefferson, a now defunct small hospital in Metairie, LA.
