East Clinton High School is a public high school in Lees Creek, Ohio. It is the only high school in the East Clinton Local Schools district. The East Clinton Local Schools district was formed in 1966 from the two districts of Simon Kenton Local Schools, and Sabina Local Schools. The first graduating class was in 1966. Today, about 450 students attend East Clinton High School.
East Clinton is a member of the Southern Buckeye Athletic Academic Conference.
