A tag has been placed on U-18 Movement, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. This is the 3rd or 4th time you have tried to create the article on U-18. Your group is simply not notable enough. If you would like, create an article on http://www.youthrights.net.


My goal is youth rights for all. However, we have to abide by Wikipedia's standards while we use their resources. You know very well that U-18 is not notable; it is just a small online group of people. Consolidate your efforts with NYRA or other larger groups. --Aking 11:40, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for attempting to get U-18 up here, but WP is sort of a hostile environment towards youth issues in general. For all the persistence Aking has shown in your efforts here, even he has been thrashed at in these parts. Keep trying, and come to the aforementioned website to share more. Thank you for uploading Image:Oklahoma city dusk skyline.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
