[edit] Is This the Movie I Remember?

Was this that movie where the ship transforms or something, there's this cyborg that is forced to do evil (it doesn't want to, I think it tried to kill the female Doctor or something?), and it kicked some cylinder on its side as sabotage. Also, I seem to remember Captain Brown, which may or may not be the Brown in this movie. Then at the end, they find this planet, and it looks like New England in autumn.
