Description	Avatar: The Last Airbender Earth Kingdom Insignia If there are any problems with this image, copyrights or other, please either fix them yourself or post them on the discussion page for me to fix. I used this image as a primary reference for this, then Image:EK Symbol.png for a secondary reference. I used Inkscape to vectorize the image by manually making objects (not the auto-vectorizer, since that sucks).

I believe that use of this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:

The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic.
It is in no way detrimental to the owner, profits or otherwise.
The logo is not used in such a way that a reader would be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the logo.
It is not replaceable with a free image of comparable informational value.
It provides a better visual of an insignia/symbol for the Earth Kingdom article. It was created to be a clearer alternative to Image:EK Symbol.png in representing the same symbol
