EarthFrisk.org is a self-described "Meta-Social-Hybrid Search Engine."[1] It uses the results of Google, MSN, Yahoo, Ask.com, Clusty, and other search engines to provide search results, but then allows users to vote on the "color value" of a site to affect its ranking.
